As I mentioned in my last post, so far what I really LOVE about ChatGPT 4 is the access to custom GPTs. Here’s a few I’ve tried out so far.
Cartoonize Yourself
This GPT “turns photos into Pixar-style illustrations” and, wow, it is FUN! I used the built-in prompt of “I’d like to upload a picture of my pet” with a pic of my beagle mix “Bay” and loved how it turned out. What do you think?

Diagrams: Show Me
This GPT will create diagrams, visualizations, flowcharts, mind-maps, “and more” and I tried it out using this prompt:
“Create a sequence diagram illustrating the types of generative AI tools for education.”
It responded:
“I will create a diagram for generative AI tools in education, focusing on a sequence diagram to illustrate their interactions. Fetching syntax hints for sequence diagrams and rendering it using Mermaid.”
Resulting diagram:
It also provided this helpful code access that I could edit as needed. I thought that was a pretty sweet added bonus!
Image Generator
This GPT specializes in “generating and refining images with a mix of professional and friendly tone” and I used to to create a new logo for my small business.
I gave it this prompt:
“Design a logo for a woman-owned small business that specializes in education and technology.”
It responded with this:
“For your logo, I'm thinking of combining elements that symbolize both education and technology, with a touch that represents female empowerment. Here's a detailed idea for the logo design:
- **Central Motif**: A stylized female figure, abstract enough to be inclusive yet distinct, holding a digital tablet in one hand and a traditional book in the other. This blend showcases the integration of technology and education.
- **Color Scheme**: We'll use a palette that communicates innovation and trust, such as a combination of teal or blue (for technology) and gold or yellow (for knowledge and quality), accented with soft purples or pinks to add a warm, inclusive touch.
- **Typography**: The business name will be positioned below the central motif in sleek, modern typography that's easy to read yet innovative, possibly incorporating elements like a digital pixel or circuit pattern into one of the letters to further emphasize the tech aspect.
- **Iconography**: Around the central figure or integrated into the background, we could use subtle icons or motifs related to education and technology, like pencils, books, gears, and circuit lines, but designed in a minimalist way so as not to overcrowd the logo.
This design aims to create a balanced, modern logo that reflects the business's focus on education and technology, with a nod to its woman-owned status through the color scheme and central figure. Let's create a draft of this logo concept.
Here's the logo design concept for your woman-owned business specializing in education and technology. It incorporates the elements we discussed: a stylized female figure balancing both a digital tablet and a traditional book, with a color scheme that blends technology with education and a touch of female empowerment. The typography and surrounding icons aim to subtly emphasize the business's focus areas.
Please review this initial draft. If there are any adjustments or additional elements you'd like to incorporate, feel free to let me know!”
The logo it produced was pretty cool as well:
I especially loved the little details along the bottom and that last symbol in particular since it’s similar to some other logos I’d created early on in my small business:
Conclusion
I really see the value in some of these specialized bots and can definitely think of examples where they will save me a lot of time.
If you’ve tried out other custom GPTs, I’d love to hear about them.
